LOGO$ DIGITAL · Business automation

Everyday processes, carried through automatically.

Connect recurring tasks from the first event to a useful result. We build automation for enquiries, documents, notifications and reporting, with clear rules for human review.

Project experience

A delivered document workflow at Vesna.

Vesna’s gift-voucher workflow includes automatic generation of a digital certificate and delivery by email. The supplied screen shows the customer-facing selection and PDF delivery.

Payment verification, redemption and accounting are distinct parts of a voucher process. Their implementation depends on the agreed tools and is not evidenced by this screen.

How it connects

Operations we can scope with your team.

  1. 01

    Enquiry routing · proposed

A new enquiry creates a task for the appropriate person. Incomplete contact information goes to review before a follow-up.

  2. 02

Document delivery · implemented at Vesna

A confirmed request generates a voucher and sends it by email. We define how delivery failures are surfaced and resolved in each implementation.

  3. 03

    System updates · proposed

An agreed status change updates another tool. Conflicting records are flagged rather than overwritten without a rule.

  4. 04

    Scheduled reporting · proposed

A scheduled run compiles agreed information for its owner. Missing sources are shown explicitly so the recipient can assess completeness.

What we deliver

Rules before code

We agree triggers, fields, permissions, success conditions and exceptions. Each workflow has an owner.

Pilot before expansion

Test a limited process with representative data, review failures and then extend the scope.

Operation after launch

Delivery includes documentation and handover. Monitoring, maintenance and changes to external services can be covered separately.

Your questions

Which tools do you use?

The choice follows the workflow and existing stack. It may use n8n, Make or application code; we agree access, hosting and operating costs before building.

What happens when a service is unavailable?

Retry rules, failure notifications and manual recovery are defined in the scope and tested. The exact behaviour depends on the connected services.
