LOGO$ DIGITAL · Real estate
Connected workflows for real estate teams.
Give every enquiry a responsible agent and a clear next action. We design and implement connections between lead sources, CRM, communication and property operations.
Discuss your projectProject experience
A detailed architecture, ready to scope for implementation.
For a Prague real-estate company, a system was designed and specified around Raynet CRM, IPEX telephony and AI-assisted call summaries. Designed & specified · Not deployed.
The proposed architecture connects enquiry intake with qualification, assignment, customer records, viewings, deals and reporting. Its purpose is to preserve context between an agent’s conversations and their work on a property.
The implementation offer starts with your existing stack and access rights. The project described here demonstrates design work; operational outcomes will depend on implementation and testing.
How it connects
A shared context around each property.
- 01
Lead intake
Capture the source, contact information and enquiry, then define who qualifies and assigns it.
- 02
People and properties
Keep the person, owner, applicant and property as related records. One person may have several roles; a property remains a distinct entity.
- 03
Conversations
Scope telephony, transcription and a reviewed summary attached to the appropriate CRM record.
- 04
Deal operations
Connect viewings, tasks and deal stages. Calendars and email support these activities rather than forming a single rigid sequence.
- 05
Reporting
Define the information needed for deal oversight and commission review, together with who may access it.
What we deliver
Discovery and data model
We map your records, stages, roles and access rules before proposing changes.
An implementation plan
The scope identifies native tool configuration, custom integrations, testing and a pilot with your team.
Ownership and operation
Documentation and handover are part of delivery. Licences, call services and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately.
Your questions
Is this an installed client system?
No. The reference is designed and specified, not deployed. We can discuss implementation against your team’s requirements.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
That is decided during discovery. The starting point is your current workflow and the capabilities of the tools you already use.
